More features do not mean every permission must be enabled. Before use, check why an app needs a particular type of data.

Xiǎo Chén jiā huàn le zhìnéng ménsuǒ yǐhòu, píngshí yòng shǒujī huòzhě mìmǎ kāimén, hěn shǎo zài dài yàoshi. Yǒu yì tiān huí jiā shí shǒujī tūrán méi diàn, tā cái xiǎngqǐ ménsuǒ hái bǎoliú le lìng yì zhǒng bèiyòng kāimén fāngshì.
小陈家换了智能门锁以后，平时用手机或者密码开门，很少再带钥匙。有一天回家时手机突然没电，他才想起门锁还保留了另一种备用开门方式。After Xiao Chen's family installed a smart lock, they usually opened the door by phone or password and rarely carried a key. One day his phone battery died on the way home, and he remembered the lock still had another backup method.

Hypothetical clauses with 要是 / 否则
要是 A, 就 B; 否则 C
Use 要是 for a hypothetical condition and 否则 to state the consequence if the required action is not taken.
Yàoshi yìngyòng yāoqiú bù bìyào de quánxiàn, jiù xiān bié tóngyì, fǒuzé kěnéng yǐngxiǎng yǐnsī.要是应用要求不必要的权限，就先别同意，否则可能影响隐私。If an app asks for unnecessary permissions, don't agree immediately; otherwise your privacy may be affected.
Alternative clauses: 不是…就是…
不是 A, 就是 B
Use this structure when presenting two likely alternatives, not when there are many equally possible options.
Shèbèi lián bu shàng wǎngluò, bú shì mìmǎ cuò le, jiù shì xìtǒng xūyào chóngxīn qǐdòng.设备连不上网络，不是密码错了，就是系统需要重新启动。If the device can't connect to the network, either the password is wrong or the system needs restarting.
