学校外有一个小饭店，在楼下。

Xuéxiào wài yǒu yí ge xiǎo fàndiàn, zài lóuxià.

Outside the school there is a small restaurant downstairs.

中午十二点吃午饭，晚上六点吃晚饭。

Zhōngwǔ shí'èr diǎn chī wǔfàn, wǎnshang liù diǎn chī wǎnfàn.

Eat lunch at noon and dinner at six in the evening.

I can cook; today I am making five dishes.

Not too much; give me some rice and a little food.

Wǒ ài chī Zhōngguó cài, yě ài chī mǐfàn.

I love Chinese food, and I also love rice.

这家饭店有很多菜。

Zhè jiā fàndiàn yǒu hěn duō cài.

This restaurant has many dishes.

有的人喜欢吃面，有的人喜欢吃米饭。

Yǒude rén xǐhuan chī miàn, yǒude rén xǐhuan chī mǐfàn.

Some people like noodles, and some people like rice.

这碗饭我吃一半，少一点儿就好。

Zhè wǎn fàn wǒ chī yíbàn, shǎo yìdiǎnr jiù hǎo.

I will eat half of this bowl of rice; a little less is fine.
