The original plan was a laboratory visit in the morning and an exchange-program discussion in the afternoon. The visitors asked to discuss housing and credit transfer first because those issues directly affected student applications.
接待团队没有把改议程理解成“对实验室没有兴趣”，而是先确认对方的实际目标。双方把住宿、学分和申请时间写进会议纪要，再安排参观。调整后，讨论更集中，也避免了把不同优先级误解成态度问题。The hosts did not interpret the change as lack of interest in the lab. They clarified practical goals, documented housing, credits and application timing, and then arranged the visit. The adjustment made the discussion more focused and avoided treating different priorities as attitude.
