三天前开始发烧、头疼。现在不发烧了，但是还咳嗽，也容易累。

Sān tiān qián kāishǐ fāshāo, tóuténg. Xiànzài bù fāshāo le, dànshì hái késou, yě róngyì lèi.

I started having a fever and headache three days ago. The fever is gone now, but I'm still coughing and get tired easily.

上周我听中文新闻时，常常一句话还没听完就开始查生词，所以后面的内容也错过了。老师让我先听完一小段，只记人名、时间和关键词。

Shàng zhōu wǒ tīng Zhōngwén xīnwén shí, chángcháng yí jù huà hái méi tīngwán jiù kāishǐ chá shēngcí, suǒyǐ hòumian de nèiróng yě cuòguò le. Lǎoshī ràng wǒ xiān tīngwán yì xiǎo duàn, zhǐ jì rénmíng, shíjiān hé guānjiàncí.

Last week, when I listened to Chinese news, I often started looking up new words before a sentence had finished, so I missed what came next. My teacher told me to finish listening to a short section first and only note names, times and key words.

这一周我每天练十五分钟。第一遍不看文字，第二遍再检查没听清的地方。听完以后，我用两三句话写主要内容。

Zhè yì zhōu wǒ měitiān liàn shíwǔ fēnzhōng. Dì yī biàn bú kàn wénzì, dì èr biàn zài jiǎnchá méi tīng qīng de dìfang. Tīngwán yǐhòu, wǒ yòng liǎng sān jù huà xiě zhǔyào nèiróng.

This week I practiced for fifteen minutes every day. The first time I didn't look at the text; the second time I checked the parts I hadn't heard clearly. After listening, I wrote the main content in two or three sentences.

现在我还不能听懂每一个词，但是比较容易抓住主要意思了。下周我想继续练，再看看自己能不能听得更快。

Xiànzài wǒ hái bù néng tīngdǒng měi yí ge cí, dànshì bǐjiào róngyì zhuāzhù zhǔyào yìsi le. Xià zhōu wǒ xiǎng jìxù liàn, zài kànkan zìjǐ néng bu néng tīng de gèng kuài.

I still can't understand every word now, but it's easier to catch the main meaning. Next week I want to keep practicing and see whether I can listen more quickly.

内容：青年演员短剧、学生乐队现场演出、演后十五分钟交流。

Nèiróng: qīngnián yǎnyuán duǎnjù, xuéshēng yuèduì xiànchǎng yǎnchū, yǎn hòu shíwǔ fēnzhōng jiāoliú.

Program: short plays by young actors, a live student-band performance, and a 15-minute discussion after the show.
