Range adverbs
就 / 一块儿 / 一共 / 只 / 到处 / 只是 + predicateThese adverbs limit or collect the scope of an action, quantity or situation.
Time adverbs for sequence and immediacy
才 / 马上 / 先 / 一会儿 / 刚 / 刚刚 / 一直 + VPPlace these adverbs before the action to locate it in a sequence or show recency, delay, immediacy or continuity.
Sequential clauses
先…,再 / 然后…Use 先 for the first step and 再 or 然后 for the following step.
Compressed sequence after 了
V1 + 了 + O + (就) + V2In a compact sequence, 了 marks completion of the first action and the next action follows immediately or naturally.

You receive a school notice about an activity that overlaps with another class or event. Explain the key information, confirm whether you are on the list and state exactly what you will do next.
Your task
- State the activity, date or time and who should attend.
- Mention a class, grade, list, result or other piece of school information.
- Explain one schedule conflict or change and how it is resolved.
- Use at least five Lesson 12 words and give a clear sequence for what happens before and after school.
